1. Program Overview
Welcome to the Moonhalt & Co. Influencer Program! We are excited to invite influencers to join our community and collaborate with us on a barter basis. Our goal is to craft genuine partnerships that reflect our shared passion for beautiful and trendy accessories inspired by the moonlight.

2. Eligibility
To be eligible for the program, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years old.
  • Have an active public social media account (Instagram, YouTube, etc.).
  • Maintain a minimum follower count of 1000+ .
  • Create content that aligns with Moonhalt& Co.’s values and aesthetic.

3. Collaboration Structure
Influencers will receive products from Moonhalt& Co. in exchange for agreed-upon deliverables, such as:

  • Social media posts (Instagram feed, Stories, Reels, etc.).
  • Mentions, unboxings, or styling videos featuring our products.

4. Content Guidelines

  • Posts must tag @moonhaltandco and include the hashtags [#moonhaltandco or any branded hashtags].
  • Content should highlight the product naturally, showcasing its beauty and craftsmanship.

5. Rights and Usage

  • By joining the program, influencers grant Moonhalt& Co. permission to share, repost, or use submitted content for marketing purposes, including social media, email, and website.
  • Influencers retain ownership of their content but agree to grant a non-exclusive license to Moonhalt& Co. for promotional use.

6. Compensation and Barter Agreement

  • This collaboration is based on barter, with no monetary payment.
  • Products provided will be valued at Rs. 200/- – Rs. 2000/-Influencers may keep the products received as part of the collaboration.

7. FTC Compliance
Influencers must comply with FTC guidelines by clearly disclosing the partnership using terms like #Gifted, #Ad, or #Partner in all relevant posts.

8. Confidentiality
Influencers agree to keep all details about unreleased products, upcoming campaigns, or private communication with Moonhalt& Co. confidential.

9. Termination of Agreement
Either party may terminate this agreement at any time with written notice. Moonhalt& Co. reserves the right to end the collaboration if content does not meet agreed standards or if guidelines are not followed.

10. Disclaimers
Moonhalt& Co. is not responsible for any losses or damages resulting from the influencer’s participation in this program.

11. Agreement to Terms
By participating in the Moonhalt& Co. Influencer Program, influencers agree to abide by these terms and conditions.
