Return & Exchange Policy – Moonhalt & Co.
At Moonhalt & Co., we strive to ensure your shopping experience is seamless. However, in specific situations, returns and exchanges will only be accepted under the following conditions:
- A replacement will be provided if the order is delivered damaged.
- If you receive an incorrect order, we’ll make it right with an exchange.
- A refund will only be issued if the product is out of stock.
Important Notes:
- We only offer replacements or exchanges, not direct returns. Customers opting for a return must bear the back-and-forth shipping charges.
- To process replacements, exchanges, or refunds, we require a clear unboxing video of the product, recorded from start to finish, without cuts, edits, or filters.
- If any package is returned to us for any reason, the original shipping charges will not be refunded. For reshipment, the customer will bear the reattempt shipping fees, which we will communicate directly.
- Damaged products will only be replaced if the product is still in stock and the issue is reported with proper video proof within 24 hours of delivery. Claims without valid proof will not be entertained.
Size Issues
Refunds will not be issued for size concerns; exchanges can be made based on our availability.
Cancellation Policy
- Prepaid Orders: Strictly non-cancellable once placed.
- Cash on Delivery Orders: Can be canceled before shipment.
Items Not Eligible for Exchange
- Packages lost in transit when sent by the customer.
- Packages refused by the recipient.
- Products returned in used, damaged, or altered condition.
- Failed deliveries due to incorrect address/contact details or recipient unavailability. Customers must bear reshipment charges in these cases.
- Minor variations in jewelry color or design due to handcrafting.
Refunds for Customer’s Fault
If products are returned due to customer error (e.g., incorrect address or non-acceptance of delivery):
- Only 50% of the product amount will be refunded within 10–15 days after receiving the returned product.
- Reshipment charges: ₹80 for prepaid orders and ₹120 for COD orders.
Note: No refund or exchange will be processed if the issue is not reported within 24 hours of delivery.
International Orders
We do not provide a reverse pickup facility for international orders. Customers must bear all shipping charges for returns/exchanges, including brokerage or customs fees.
Refund Policy
